Helping New Mothers return to Work

With this in mind, Brand Learning has an impressive track record in encouraging parents to return to work after maternity leave, and also in retaining them through their second child and beyond. It is vital to the company that flexible employees can still progress and employees are promoted on merit.

Flexible working can be agreed from day one when someone joins Brand Learning provided a case can be met to demonstrate the flexibility meets both the needs of the individual and the business.

Sarah Jackson, CEO Working Families said: “Brand Learning’s benchmark showed a company that takes flexible working seriously, ensuring a firm foundation of support that means employees can be confident that the business will approach flexible working positively, with a view to making it work for everyone who wants or needs to work in a flexible way.”
