Brand Learning at the Incite Group Marketing and CS Summits

On the 27-28th of October and 9-10th of November, Brand Learning were involved in the Incite Group Marketing and Customer Service Summits in New York. Across the two events Marketing leaders heard from experts at organisations such as PepsiCo, Toyota, Adidas, Jonson &Johnson, HSBC, Microsoft, Verizon, IBM and Comcast, with Inez Johnson, Marketing Capability VP at Brand Learning, leading four sessions.

Throughout the four days, speakers delivered insight on the hottest topics in Marketing and Customer Service such as personalisation, marketing attribution, content and storytelling, customer experience integration and customer-centricity, whilst also providing practical advice through a variety of real-world case studies.

At the Marketing summit, Inez guided dialogue on the role of content in delivering the optimal customer experience, alongside executives from The Economist and Dell, and moderated a case study from Mondelez on improving digital shopper targeting. At the Customer Service Summit, she moderated case studies with HP and Humana, on preparing for the future of Customer Service and how delivering unrivalled customer experience strategies offline can be your best online strategy.

The Summits were an excellent opportunity to connect with thought leaders from a variety of sectors and we look forward to working with the Incite Group again in the future.
