Executive President and Co-Founder

Mhairi’s career spans 16 years international Marketing and Sales roles with Unilever, based in London, Cairo and Paris, with PepsiCo as VP Marketing Europe (PepsiCo Beverages) and VP Marketing UK (Walkers Snack Foods), and 20 years working in global Capability Consultancy, building the marketing and sales capabilities of world-class multinational clients. She is now leading the integration of Brand Learning into Accenture.

Mhairi is Executive President & Co-Founder of Brand Learning, and together with a highly experienced team of Partners, led the business for many years as it has expanded from a start up in 2000 to its acquisition by Accenture in August 2017. The Brand Learning team now comprises over 170 specialists in transforming organisational Marketing, Sales and other ‘customer-oriented’ capabilities in over 100 companies, with offices in London, New York and Singapore.

Brand Learning has has a unique and distinctive consultancy focus and culture – awarded No 1 in The Sunday Times Top 100 Best Small Companies in 2011 and in the Top 10 for several years. It has been awarded a series of high profile Marketing, Capability, Industry and Family Friendly/Working Practice awards. Also certified by “We Connect” as a majority women-owned business.

Mhairi graduated with a first in Psychology from the University of Leicester, is a Fellow of The Marketing Society, and is a Council Member and prior Chair of the Marketing Group of Great Britain ( MGGB) representing the top 150 leading marketing, agency and business leaders in the UK. She co-authored “The Growth Drivers” (Wiley) with Andy and was awarded ‘Best Leader’ in The Sunday Times Top 100 ‘Best Small Companies’ Awards. She has two adult children and she splits her time between her home in South West London and walking and sailing on the South coast in Dorset.
