Hayley Spurling

Group Client & Brand Vice President

Hayley is a long-standing member of our Executive Team. She joined Brand Learning in 2005 having developed cross-sector expertise while working at Tesco, Diageo, BBC Worldwide and Coca-Cola. The insights she gained into different marketing approaches, commercial challenges and capability needs led her to Brand Learning, where she is helps people and companies grow.

Hayley is passionate about inspiring teams to lift their capabilities, having led clients and programmes in FMCG, pharmaceuticals, retail and Oils & Chemicals.  As the leader of our group marketing team and a member of our Asia Pacific executive, she brings fresh perspectives to our clients and people, drives new thinking, and works closely with clients to ensure they harness our latest experience in lifting performance.

Hayley graduated from Cambridge University with a First in Social and Political Sciences. She has two young children who occupy much of her spare time, and shares with them an eclectic taste in the arts.
