Bethany is an experienced marketer, leader and business partner, with 20 years’ background in both advertising and corporate marketing. She started her career as an advertising strategist, unlocking insights for clients including Mars, Unilever, Charles Schwab, Pepsi, and Gillette at BBDO. She then moved to Diageo, where she led consumer insights for brands including Baileys, Bulleit, Bushmills, Crown Royal, George Dickel, Ketel One, Smirnoff, and Tanqueray. In that role, Bethany also led the development and delivery of innovative and effective marketing best practices, behaviors and ways of working at Diageo, fueling her passion for learning and development and bringing her to Brand Learning in 2015.
Since joining Brand Learning, Bethany has led innovative work for clients including Pfizer, J&J, Kellogg’s, MetLife and Verizon. She describes herself as at her best when she’s connecting dots across diverse sources, bringing clarity to complexity, figuring out why people do what they do, building and implementing new solutions, collaborating, questioning and learning, teaching and empowering, and solving business problems.
Bethany is a pop-culture obsessive and bibliophile. She lives just outside of New York with her husband and young daughter, who keeps most of her free time occupied answering the question “why?”
