Inspiring a global community of high potential marketing leaders to develop customer-centered leadership mindset, skills and behaviours

Shell wanted to develop their Marketing Leaders to be more focused on delivering value to the customer.

We identified priority leadership development needs amongst Shell’s Global Marketing leaders and developed a programme that offered a blend of personal leadership behaviours and technical skills (the being and the doing) across insight, purpose, partnership and performance to strengthen the leadership capabilities of senior Marketing Leaders at Shell.

The programme, run over a number of years, was fuelled by internal and external speakers and case studies to inspire new thinking and allow for personal and professional challenge and reflection.
