We measure impact at three levels:

Sustained improvement in profitable growth, retention and recruitment, customer attitudes and behaviours

2. Impact on Team Performance
Improvement in the commercial effectiveness and efficiency of people, teams and organisations

3. Impact on Drivers of Capability
The effective delivery of capability building initiatives spanning organisation, processes, people, culture and skills development
