The Challenge
Our North American client was increasing their digital marketing spend significantly across their brands. They needed to ensure their sales teams and distributors had the necessary skills to sell these digital marketing assets effectively, helping customers to activate in the digital space to grow their sales and profit.
What we did
We developed a program that included a face to face workshop and interactive playbook to help key account mangers
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the digital landscape
- Assess their customers digital strategy
- Work in partnership with customers to build strong digital plans
We designed a customer digital readiness survey and unique digital selling guides for use across the entire spectrum of customers.
Results
The sales team developed their confidence to customise their approach based on a customer digital readiness level of beginner, intermediate or advanced.
